Am folosit pentru carne:

2 muschiuleti de porc (pestisori)

chimen macinat

chilly,turmenic,ghimbir macinat,boabe de coriandru

sos soia,vin rosu

sunca si slaninuta afumate

Pentru paste:

Paste

400 ml smantana

turmenic,usturoi,chimen macinat

ulei de masline

coriandru verde uscat

Muschiuletii de porc i-am spalat bine,apoi i-am uscat cu un prosop de hartie,si i-am curatat de pielite si grasime,apoi i-am taiat pe lung (dar nu de tot) cat sa se desfaca ca si o carte.I-am batut usor pentru a se intinde putin carnea si pentru a fi mai usor de lucrat cu ea.I-am pus apoi la marinat cu sos soia,chilly,chimen,turmenic,ghimbir,coriandru si putin vin rosu si i-am lasat in aceasta marinata cam o ora.Dupa acest timp,am luat bucata de muschi si am pus din loc in loc bucatele de sunca si slaninuta afumata,apoi am rulat muschiul la loc,asa cum a fost el inainte sa il tai,l-am prins pe margini cu 2-3 scobitori si l-am dat la cuptor.Pentru primele 20 min l-am tinut cu o folie de aluminiu deasupra pentru a se patrunde bine,apoi am indepartat folia pentru ca muschiul sa prinda o crusta frumoasa.

L-am lasat sa se odihneasca 10 minute dupa ce l-am scos din cuptor,si abia apoi l-am taiat felii.

Pentru paste: Am pus o oala cu apa si sare la foc,cand apa a clocotit am pus pastele la fiert si le-am lasat sa fiarba cu 1 minut mai putin decat era indicat pe ambalaj. Intr-o tigaie,am pus putin ulei,usturoiul tocat marunt,chimen,turmenic si apoi pastele fierte,am amestecat bine pentru ca aromele sa cuprinda toate pastele,am adaugat smantana si la final coriandru verde uscat.

Am servit pastele cu sos de smantana alaturi de muschiuletul umplut cu afumatura.
