Am folosit:

4 oua

10 linguri lapte

200 gr zahar

3 plicuri zahar vanilat

400 gr faina alba

2 plicuri praf de copt

4 gr colorant pudra rosu

esenta vanilie,lavanda

200 ml ulei

Pentru crema:

250 gr branza ricota

200 ml frisca lichida

Albusurile le-am separat de galbenusuri si le-am batut spuma tare cu un praf de sare.Separat am batut bine si galbenusurile cu zaharul pana si-au triplat volumul,apoi am amestecat albusurile cu galbenusurile,am adaugat treptat laptele,esenta de vanilie,lavanda (am maruntit florile la mojar si apoi le-am adaugat), colorantul pudra,uleiul si faina amestecata cu praful de copt.

Aluatul astfel obtinut l-am pus in forme si l-am dat la cuptor cam 30 min (verificati cu scobitoarea).

Dupa ce s-au copt,am lasat briosele sa se raceasca foarte bine,apoi cu o forma speciala pentru briose (cumparata de la Selgros),am scos miezul de la fiecare briosa. Am facut o crema din frisca batuta bine,amestecata apoi cu grija cu branza ricota.Am introdus crema astfel obtinuta intr-un pos si am umplut briosele.

Le-am decorat cu bucatele mici din miezul scos si o glazura verde Dr Oetker.
