Aveam ceva aluat foietaj in congelator (am mai spus asta…eu cumpar aluatul pentru ca mi se pare pierdere de vremesa stau o zi sa il fac) si fiind ceva ce nu am mai folosit am fost nerabdatoare sa il incerc.Eu am avut 2 modele,unul gata taiat patrate,cum se vede in a 2-a poza si unul normal,foaie mare de la Bella.Am luat de la piata branzica dulce dar…pentru ca am tot facut cu stafide,am zis ca de data asta sa incerc ceva nou,cu smochine si cuisoare macinate.A iesit foarte aromat si bun.

Am folosit:

600+400 gr aluat foietaj

1 kg branza dulce

10-12 smochine

cuisoare macinate

nucsoara rasa

75 gr zahar

4 oua+1 ou pentru uns aluatul

esenta de vanilie

coaja si zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie

seminte de in pt decor

Aluatul gata taiat in patrate l-am folosit pentru a face cateva portofele,iar cel foaie l-am folosit sa fac o mare placinta.

Intr-un castron am pus branza dulce,am amestecat-o bine pt ca sa se desfaca bulgarasii,am ras nucsoara peste ea,am adaugat o jumatate de lingurita de cuisoare macinate,esenta de vanilie,zaharul si am amestecat bine pentru ca toate aromele sa se combine frumos.

In alt vas am batut bine ouale si apoi le-am adaugat peste branza.Smochinele uscate le-am taiat cubulete si le-am incorporat si pe ele in amestecul de branza dulce si la sfarsit de tot am ras coaja de la jumatate de lamaie si am stors si zeama.Am amestecat si apoi pe fiecare patrat de aluat am adaugat cate o lingurita de branza,am uns cu un ou batut bine aluatul pe margini si apoi l-am impachetat si am “sigilat” pe margini cu o furculita.Am uns deasupra fiecare portofel cu ou si am presarat seminte de in.

Pentru aluatul foaie,l-am impartit in 3 parti egale,fara a-l taia de tot…am tras cate o linie usor cu lama unui cutit de sus pana jos,partea  din dreapta am taiat-o fasii,pe partea din mijloc am pus branzica,peste ea am tras partea din stanga,am uns-o cu ou si apoi am pus peste fasiile de aluat din dreapta.Am uns inca odata toata placinta cu ou si am presarat seminte de in,apoi am dat-o la cuptor pana s-a rumenit frumos.

Va puteti folosi imaginatia si puteti umple un aluat foietaj cu ce arome va place,poate fi dulce sau sarat,insa daca aluatul este bun succesul e garantat.Smile
