Am citit ca fasolea neagra este foarte sanatoasa pentru inima si creier,asa ca m-am gandit ca pentru astazi sa fac o masa sanatoasa pentru cei dragi.Pentru ca este un bob foarte mic,tare dar si pentru ca are nevoie de ceva timp sa fiarba,am inmuiat fasolea in apa de cu o seara inainte.

Am folosit pentru fasole:

300 gr fasole neagra

2 foi dafin

piper,sare

1 catel de usturoi

1 lingura unt

Pentru friptura:

1 piept mare de pui

sos soia,

sos worchester

curry

unt

Pieptul de pui l-am taiat felii (nu foarte subtiri),l-am marinat in sos soia,sos worchester si curry pentru aproximativ o ora,apoi cu tot cu marinata in care a stat l-am pus in tava impreuna cu 1 lingura de unt si l-am dat la cuptor pana s-a rumenit frumos,fara a-l usca.

Fasolea a stat la inmuiat de cu o seara inainte,a absorbit toata apa in care o pusesem si bobul ei s-a marit fata de cum era initial.Am pus fasolea intr-o oala,am adaugat 2 foi de dafin,sare,piper si am lasat-o sa fiarba 2 ore si jumatate pana s-a inmuiat.Dupa ce a fiert,am scurs-o de apa (am pastrat o cana de apa din cea in care a fiert fasolea) si am bagat-o la blender impreuna cu usturoiul si untul si s-a format un piure aromat.Am incins ulei intr-o tigaie si apoi am adaugat si piureul de fasole si l-am mai gatit un pic la foc foarte mic adaugand cate putin din apa in care a fiert fasolea,pentru ca piure-ul sa nu fie prea uscat.

Am servit pieptul de pui alaturi de piure de fasole neagra si un sos barbeque…o mancare gustoasa pentru o zi atat de mohorata cum a fost cea de azi.
