BLAT:
150 gr biscuiti cu cacao
4-5 linguri lapte

CREMA:
400 ml lapte
4 linguri gris
4 linguri zahar
4 linguri nuca de cocos
colorant
Pentru ornat folosim ciocolata: 100 gr ciocolata, 50 ml frisca lichida.

MOD DE PREPARARE
Biscuitii se macina si se amesteca cu lapte , si luam din compozitie si punem in forme.
Se pune la fiert laptele, grisul, zaharul, pana incepe sa se ingroase. Punem apoi nuca de cocos si mai lasam pe foc 3-4 min. Crema calda se imparte in doua,  parte ramane alba, iar o parte o coloram. Se poate colora si cu altceva, de exemplu, o lingurita de ness, sau nesquick..
Peste biscuiti se pune crema colorata, apoi cea alba si se da la frigider pana se intareste, apoi se orneaza dupa cum se doreste.
