M-am trezit de dimineata cu gandul la o prajitura buna,nu stiam cu ce va fi stiam doar ca vreau sa fac ceva deosebit.Am dat chiar si o tura prin blogurile a doua prietene Merisor si Mariana Robescu si…se pare ca a avut efect caci imediat mi-a sclipit Smile o idee de prajitura cu arome de Craciun.

Am folosit pentru blat:

6 galbenusuri

1 lamaie (coaja si zeama)

Caise din compot

1 lingurita anason

1 lingurita cuisoare macinate

2 lingurite mac

8 linguri zahar

350 ml iaurt 0% grasimi

6 linguri ulei

3 plicuri zahar vanilat

Pentru bezea:

6 albusuri

6 linguri zahar

scortisoara

Blatul: Am pus intr-un castron galbenusurile,zaharul,anasonul,cuisoarele,coaja si zeama de lamaie si am amestcat bine pana cand zahrul s-a topit complet.Am adaugat apoi uleiul,iaurtul,faina si am amestecat din nou.La sfarsit cand tot aluatul a fost complet omogenizat am adaugat macul,am amestecat si apoi am pus aluatul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si am dat pentru 10 minute la cuptor.

Am scos apoi tava,am pus peste aluat caisele taiate in sferturi si am introdus din nou la cuptor pentru inca 5-7 minute.Intre timp am batut bine albusurile cu un praf de sare pana s-au intarit,am adaugat apoi si zaharul si am continuat sa bat cu mixerul pana cand zaharul s-a topit complet.

Am asezat bezeaua peste prajitura si am dat iarasi la cuptor pana cand bezeaua a prins o culoare frumoasa aurie.Am scos prajitura din cuptor,am presarat peste ea scortisoara si am lasat-o sa se raceasca complet inainte de a o taia.A iesit o prajitura pufoasa si extrem de aromata care mi-a amintit de Craciunul care se apropie.
