Am vazut aseara o poza in care era ceva asemanator cu ce am facut eu,si anume niste ursuleti din aluat…eu stiu despre mine ca nu prea sunt talentata la design,doar la crearea gustului,insa,am zis ca daca nici un ursulet din aluat nu pot face…ma las de bucatareala Smile.Recunosc ca puteau fi si mai aratosi dar,fiind prima oara eu sunt tare mandra de ursuletii mei si cei dragi mie,i-au laudat si le-am si inveselit putin ziua.

Am folosit:

1 kg faina

2 plicuri drojdie uscata

600 ml apa calduta

200-250 gr zahar

dulceata de gutui

Am pus faina intr-un vas mai mare (unde am si framantat-o mai apoi),intr-o craticioara am incalzit nu foarte tare apa,o parte din apa (2-3 linguri) am pus-o peste drojdie pentru a o dizolva,si in apa ramasa,am adaugat zaharul si am amestecat pana cand zaharul s-a topit.

Dupa ce drojdia s-a umflat putin,am adaugat-o peste faina,am adaugat treptat si apa si am framantat foarte bine aluatul,pana cand nu s-a mai lipit de mana.

L-am lasat apoi la caldura sa dospeasca aproximativ 2 ore.

Dupa procesul de dospire,am tapetat masa din bucatarie cu faina,am rupt bucati din coca formata si am inceput sa creez ursuletii.In cap si in burtica le-am pus dulceata de gutui.Pentru ca mi-am dat seama foarte tarziu ca nu am stafide (pentru ochi si gurita),am folosit cateva seminte de in.
Dupa ce i-am format pe toti,i-am asezat intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt,i-am uns cu un ou batut (daca ii faceti de post,nu ii mai ungeti cu ou) si i-am dat la cuptor pana s-au rumenit frumos.

Nu e asa ca sunt simpatici?! Smile
