papabundetot



Am folosit:

1 kg carne tocata de porc

500 gr ciuperci

2 catei de usturoi

pudra de mustar

anason macinat

chimen macinat

cuisoare macinate

turmenic

chilly,

coriandru boabe

seminte de fenicul

frunze de coriandru

sare

2 oua+3 albusuri

o mana de nuca macinata

2 linguri pesmet

Intr-un castron mai mare am pus carnea,peste ea am pus mai apoi ciupercile si usturoiul date prin blender pentru a le marunti,apoi restul de ingrediente,ouale (sunt suficiente 2 oua,eu am avut albusul si m-am gandit sa il folosesc) si am amestecat bine pentru ca toate aromele sa se combine frumos.Boabele de coriandru si semintele de fenicul le-am maruntit putin in mojar inainte de a le adauga.

Am format apoi chiftelutele,aici depinde de imaginatia fiecaruia si puteti facece forme vreti.

Am incins putin ulei de rapita intr-o tigaie si apoi am prajit pe rand la foc mic chiftelele.

Eu le-am servit cu mustar de Dijon si un sos barbeque,insa pot fi servite si cu o simpla salata.
