Piure de conopida cu piept de pui Ldyc

INGREDIENTE
300-400 gr piept de pui
2 fire de ceapa verde
2 catei de usturoi
1 lingura smantana
jumatate de conopida
1 lingura pasta de rosii
sare
piper
apa

MOD DE PREPARARE
Conopida se desface buchetele si se pune la fiert 10 min, pana se inmoaie , apoi se pune la scurs.
Pieptul de pui se taie cubulete,se toaca ceapa si usturoiul si se pune in tigaie cu capac la inabusit.Se adauga o lingura de pasta de rosii si un pahar de apa. Se lasa la fiert pana scade,se condimenteaza cu sare si piper.
Conopida se face pasta ,se adauga smantana si se condimenteaza cu sare.
